Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
As all of our products are handmade made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions are made if the item/s are damaged/faulty upon arrival, or if we the seller fail to provide the item/s purchased.

All item/s must be returned in the original packaging, in the same condition that they arrived in. The buyer is responsible for purchasing any return shipping labels and replacement packaging. Once received they will be inspected, we will then issue a refund if the item has been returned suitably (minus original shipping fees).

If items are lost or destroyed in the post by Royal Mail, we will seek compensation from Royal Mail and a refund will be provided in due course.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchasing your item/s. If a cancellation is requested after this time then we the seller reserve to right deny the cancellation, we will still provide the item/s. This is due to the fact that all of our items are hand made to order, this means we will still have put the time and effort into creating your item/s.
This policy does NOT apply to the following item/s:

Custom orders, cancellations will not be accepted for custom orders due to the increased work/design/planning it takes to create them.

Digital products/downloads.

Gift cards.
Repairs
​We are happy to offer free repairs for our products under cases of normal wear and tear (depending on severity of damage and necessity of replacement parts). The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs in order to send the item to us, and must include a note with the correct return address and contact information.
